First prize in a tax law blog competition to Christine Ledure<\/h2>\n

In December 2020, Christine Ledure, our managing partner, won the first prize of a blog writing<\/a> contest on a tax law subject organized by the Kalaidos Fachhochschule.<\/p>\n

Her contribution, “International tax allocation of occupational benefits: mobility private sector \u2013 public sector”<\/a>, is an opportunity to share some thoughts and information on a Federal Court\u2019s decision pertaining to the international tax allocation of pensions having accrued both in private and public service.<\/p>\n

Such tax issues deriving from individuals\u2019 international mobility exactly fall within taxadvice\u2019s specific areas of expertise, which makes the decision significant for our daily practice.<\/p>\n
